Enquire about a painting
Please include the painting title and your delivery town or city and country. Availability, delivery options and the total cost will be confirmed before payment.
Each painting in the current collection is signed and supplied framed, ready to hang, with a certificate of authenticity.
Exhibition and gallery enquiries
Please send a brief outline of your proposal, including the venue and any relevant dates.
Delivery
UK delivery is quoted individually. Please include your town or city and postcode when enquiring. Availability, the delivery charge, the total price and the expected delivery arrangements will be confirmed by email before payment.
The dispatch date will be agreed by email. Sales are arranged individually by email; this website has no online checkout.
Cancellation and returns
For an existing painting bought at a distance, you can cancel without giving a reason. Tell us within 14 days after the day you receive it, then send it back within 14 days after telling us. Email james@stephenson.studio with your name and the painting title.
You pay the direct cost of returning a painting if you change your mind. For a framed painting that cannot normally be returned by post, the return transport cost or an estimate will be provided before you order.
Please return the painting securely packed. You may inspect it as you would in a shop. A deduction may apply if handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it reduces its value.
The refund includes the painting price and the standard outward delivery charge. An additional charge for a more expensive delivery option is not refundable. Refunds use the original payment method unless we agree otherwise.
Where you arrange the return, we will refund without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving the painting or evidence that you sent it back, whichever happens first.
If a painting arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact James so that an appropriate remedy can be arranged. The cancellation time limits above do not limit your statutory rights.
The order information and a cancellation form will be supplied by email before purchase. You can also cancel by sending a clear statement; you do not have to use the form.
